FAQ's

Turnaround Time
Orders will normally ship within 5 business days from receipt. Keep in mind, processing times vary after October 1st, but are typically within 10 business days. Delays may occur if an item is backordered.

Proofs
Proofs are $6 per proof. The turnaround time for proofs is typically 24-48 hours from when the order was received. We can fax or e-mail the proof to you. Proof approvals are not accepted by phone. The printer will not process your order until an approval is received. If a proof has been requested, any cancellation on an order done will incur a charge since the printer put it into production. Please indicate in the "Special Instructions Box" if you would like a proof.

Add A Line of Text
If you need to add a line of text, please include this information in the "Special Instructions Box". You may incur an additional charge depending on the manufacturer.

Payment Options
Engman Designs accepts Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept checks. Your order will be placed upon approval of your card.

Envelopes Shipped in Advance
Envelopes can be shipped in advance if need be with an additional charge.

Holiday Deadlines
There is no deadline for holiday orders, however, any order placed after December 10th may need expedited shipping. The turn-around for orders placed between October 1st and December 15th may vary.

Reorders
Reorders will be billed as a new order.

Errors and Reprints
Clearly type all copy exactly as you wish it to appear. We will print exactly what is printed on the order form so do not use abbreviations, quotations, or other marks unless you want them to appear on the order. Our stationery consultants are trained to proofread all orders for spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette, however, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event location, town or street names, the date of your event or anything else out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. We encourage you to check your order thoroughly before submitting your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation where you will be able to review the spelling of your text. Contact us immediately if you see you need to make a correction. If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or the vendor, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.

Changes and Cancellations
If you decide to change or cancel your order after it is processed and sent to be printed you may incur a cancellation fee which will vary by vendor.

Shipping
Products may be typeset, printed, and shipped from the different manufacturers facilities or from our Missouri headquarters depending on the products you select.
Shipping costs are as follows:

. 3 Day Select - $12.00
. 2nd Day Air - $15.00
. Next Day Air - $35.00

Order Status
To check the status of your order, login and click on Your Account. Each time your order status changes, your account will be updated.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock. If it is on the website, it is still available.

We are happy to accept phone orders. Please call 314-401-4705 to place an order. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am through 5pm Central Time. Closed Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays.
